As women forge their path in science, they face many obstacles and biases throughout the world. However, as this insightful discussion at the initiative of Mrs Elizabeta Gjorgievska, the wife of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia revealed, women scientists have a tremendous role to play not only in research, but also in advocating for greater gender equity.
👉Being a female researcher, entrepreneur in the business world and specifically in the industry in which I work, is a challenge in itself, but the desire and drive for success and work break stereotypes and show that the business world does not recognize gender, but determined and motivated young people, and with great motivation every challenge is easily achievable. A healthy society will always respect and value the positive aspects of these differences, and use them for its own betterment.
However, women can do it!
